All three newborns in one blog

Oh my, I hadn’t realised how far behind I had gotten with my big until I went to blog Sam and Matt’s latest baby and realised I hadn’t even blogged their first! So here we are..all three newborns in one blog. Kind of a fun way to look at the story.

So here we are…what feels like a long time ago but also feels like yesterday. Freshly moved back to Townsville to a house that was hard to find (by me as it was one of those strange streets). With their two gorgeous puppies and a glorious view. They welcomed their sweet girl.

May 2025

A new home is purchased, and a new son is brought home. The sweet dogs still feature in the quieter moments also trying to get a space on a lap where they can. The first is busy with making cups of tea for her parents. Parents are busy juggling two under two and doing it joyfully.

March 2026

Three under four brings a new level of busyness to the household. The parents tag team doing whatever needs to be done for whoever needs it. It is a beautiful juggle of chaos and joy. They wouldn’t have it any other way. A gentle hand is always there when the puppies come near.

We don’t get to see forward, but we do get to see back. Look at how the walls changed in their lives, the fridge, the bedrooms…their capacity…the growth of their love. What a gift it is to have our loves documented to look back. Every time they choose me to photograph them, I feel incredibly honoured.
