Newborn Family Photos At Sunrise

I am so incredible impressed when family’s agree to having their newborn photos at sunrise …and then ultra impressed when they turn up so incredibly put together at such an early hour of the morning!!! With a newborn!!!

We arrived when the light was just emerging and the moon still visible. We became fast friends.

This Mumma was so calm and gentle. The more we chatted I realized she had more experience in many fields than most of us achieve in a whole life time of careers. She carries herself with a humble confidence. I loved every moment of chatting to her and hearing about her life.

Which was quite amazing in itself that I got the time with this Mumma, as I was so captivated by their glorious 3 year old. A big fan of the outdoors and The Crocodile Hunter. This little boy was an absolute combo of his Mother’s gentleness and his Father’s love of outdoors and playfulness. He was as happy throwing rocks as he was cheering on his Dad to throw, skim and dig them out to do it all over again! Sticks were made into fishing lines.

After some time of watching this besotted Father with both his newborn and his three year old, I asked him “Were you surprised you love being a Dad as much as you do?” He responded immediately “No, not at all. Family is everything to me and I knew I would love it”.

Family and newborn photos at sunrise is worth the effort.
